I don't believe humans have rights. The German Constitution proclaims "Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar" [Human dignity is inviolable]. Are migrants no humans?
All humans are created equal but there are a few exceptions... Thou shalt not kill but there are a few exception...
Humans have no rights; nobody has any claim to anything. Your life depends on your former and present actions. Migrar debe ser un derecho... Migration should be a human right... All through human history people migrated. Most of the US population are descendants of migrants; most of the European people migrated to Western Europe from the South of Ukraine or some other place. The Romans came from Troia, the Italians say. Why resist migration? Why not accept that the future will be different from the present?
